The night ended with a Han River cruise, where we saw landmarks like the National Assembly and learned about the history of the buildings along the river. The cruise even had a live mini concert, which made it unforgettable. Throughout the tour we also learned about Korean culture, which made the experience even richer. “There were mass demonstrations at all the top attractions the day of our excursion to Seoul, so our tour guide came up with an alternative agenda that made the most of a disappointing day. She was very solicitous and did the best she could under the circumstances. We did not get our money's worth by any means, but understand that sometimes there are events beyond our control.
